Philip Weintraub, M.D.
Urology
Doctor Weintraub joined Urology Associates Medical Group in 1987 after completing his six-year Surgical and Urological residency at the University of Southern California. Prior to that he attended the USC School of Medicine and graduated with honors from Pomona College. He has a Masters in Business Administration from UCLA.
Dr. Weintraub is certified by the American Board of Urology and is Assistant Clinical Professor of Urology at the USC School of Medicine. He has served for four years as the Chief of Urology at Saint Joseph’s Medical Center and is particularly interested in the treatment of prostate cancer and incontinence. He is a member of various professional organizations including the California Medical Association, the American Urological Association and the Society for the Study of Male Reproduction. He serves on the Board of Directors for the American Urologic Association.
He is married and the father of two teen-age children.
