Dr. Stephan Yacoubian’s general training encompasses all areas of orthopaedic surgery including trauma, joint replacement, elbow, shoulder, hip, knee, ankle and foot. His subspecialty training involves minimally invasive, arthroscopic and reconstructive surgery of the shoulder, elbow, and knee. This training includes sports medicine and articular cartilage regeneration and repair.
Dr. Yacoubian is committed to providing the highest quality care for his patients. His goal is to return patients to the best level of function possible. His approach involves understanding the patient’s healthcare needs and implementing state-of-the-art techniques which may involve physical therapy, medication, exercise, and surgery when appropriate. He takes the time to understand his patient’s needs and is always willing to discuss all aspects and options of treatment.
