Raymond Raven, MD, is a fellowship-trained orthopaedic surgeon specializing in hand and upper extremity surgery, sports medicine, and fracture care. He received his medical education and orthopaedic surgery training at the University of California, San Francisco School of Medicine. He completed a fellowship in hand and upper extremity surgery at St. Luke’s Roosevelt Hospital in Manhattan, one of the most eminent hand surgery fellowships in the country.

Dr. Raven’s primary objective is to help patients achieve full and rapid restoration of function using a multidisciplinary approach. This involves understanding the patient’s healthcare needs and expectations, and implementing state-of-the-art orthopaedic techniques. Physical or occupational therapy, medication, exercise, and/or surgery may be involved when appropriate.
